Scotopia

Scotopia (or Night Vision) is the effect template to see in low-light conditions, either naturally with scotopia or through a night-vision device. It looks like it requires both sufficient spectral range and sufficient intensity range. The human eye is more sensitive to light wavelengths that hover around 555 nanometers, which just so happens to be dominated by the colour green.
