In Audacity, import your favourite audio thing as you want. Apply the high pass filter by using the default Cutoff frequency (you can type either 1009 or 1015 Hz). Amplify it by typing 11 decibels and turn on the allow clipping. You may repeat step 3 and 4, especially if you apply amplify, set it to about half the dB value of the original (around 5-6 dB if you set it to 11 the first time). Add the static noise sound to make it more grungier by default. Note that the white noise generated is quite loud by default and can overpower your original track. Lower the gain (on the left side of the track) to at least -12 decibels. This should put it in the background and let the primary sound take the forefront. Apply the high pass filter again and repeat this several times as you want. This will help homogenise it, so it sounds like both sounds are coming from the same source. Apply the phaser effect to make it sound more space (optional).

In Kdenlive, import your video file and then apply the emboss by setting these values for light direction 0, background lightness, 90, and the bump height is 30. Apply the invert and colourise it by typing 14 and 357 to the hue and saturation values. Apply the glow filter by setting the blur into 360.
