Noisy Vocoder is the vocoded-effect template with the noisy effect with the sanctioned effects but with 2 noises over the original audio were vocoded.

In Audacity, import your favourite audio, then just generate the noise with the type Pink and make sure to put the amplitude 1. Generate the noise again with the type Brownian and set the amplitude number into 0.7. Make sure to mix the both noise tracks. Separate stereo track and get rid of the right half by deleting that and make both of them to form a stereo track. Apply the vocoder effect by setting the number of vocoder bands is 31, the distance into 30.0, and the amplitude of white noise is 10.0.

In Kdenlive, import your video as you want to, and then apply the colour effect with the type esses, apply the greyscale effect, apply the invert effect, and the last effect you need to apply is the grain with the values of noise, contrast, and brightness: 60%, 80, and 70.
