Cyborg

Cyborg is the effect template where the hue is controlled to be red within the saturation made it grey to make it look robotic as cyborg always.

In Audacity, import your audio file and resample it into 48000 hertz with a project rate that is the same. Amplify the audio with the 3.0 decibels applied to it. Generate the noise with the default preset. Apply the echo to the noise with a delay time of 0.012 seconds and the decay factor number 0.8. Move the noise up to the top (except for second method) to make both of them form into a stereo track. Apply the TAL Vocoder plugin with the default preset (first method) or apply the vocoder filter by setting the number of vocoder bands into 64 (second method).

In Kdenlive, import your favourite video file here to start making the effect. Apply the curves by setting its saturation and this one should look like this:

Apply the curves again by settings its hue and the in and out value should be nothing.
