Bad TV Signal

Bad TV Signal is the effect template where the video is glitching up, causing it look like in digital noise, it was bitcrushed within the reduced 64 bits which is very old or poorly made.

In Kdenlive, apply the bézier curves and the handle 2 should be set into 0.500 horizontally and 0.100 vertically. Apply the RGB noise to the video below and it should be 100. Apply the glitch to set the frequency 200, block height 0, shift intensity 1000, and the colour glitching intensity 500. Apply the crusher filter into the audio track and then the sample reduction should have 14 samples and the mix value will be 1.00 and the bit reduction should be 64 bits.
